This year's forum will be held in Berlin.
Abstract submissions are invited to be considered for
presentation at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care.
The forum takes place in Berlin, Germany from 17-20 March 2009. It is jointly organised by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and the BMJ Publishing Group to support the movement for healthcare improvement.
The three day meeting brings together an international group, from chief executives and government officials to healthcare managers and clinicians, who share a concern and a passion for improving quality and safety in healthcare.
The forum is open to all, and is relevant to both beginners and those experienced in improvement work.
This year the organisers are particularly encouraging submissions from first time submitters, those who have previously submitted unsuccessful abstracts, or anyone new to the quality/safety field.
