The Society is commissioning a major piece of work to identify the impact of Agenda for Change (AfC) on career progression in radiography.
The research will cover clinical imaging and radiotherapy and form the basis of a SCoR action plan to improve career progression opportunities for the wider radiotherapy workforce.
The results will also be presented as evidence to the NHS Pay Review Body to enhance career progression opportunities.
