Time is running out for managers to comment on new accreditation standards which departments will be measured against for quality and safety.
The Radiology Accreditation Programme standards are being introduced to ensure 'high quality care for patients and a safer working environment for staff'.
Accreditation measures radiology services in relation to published standards for the safety of patients visitors and staff, the patient experience, clinical performance and the utilization of resource and workforce.
