Following the government's clear message about a 45% management cost reduction in the NHS, the SoR is encouraging members to join a leadership network for clinicians in England.
The Clinical Leaders Network (CLN) offers the opportunity to actively debate concerns, undertake problem solving and plan practical action that will improve the quality of care services.
“Access to the best clinical leadership information could be crucial over the coming months,” said SoR chief executive, Richard Evans.
“The SoR is fighting for clinical leaders and managers to be recognised as vital frontline staff but the pressures will inevitably increase as the government begins to implement its new agenda.”
Any member concerned that their post is under threat should contact their rep or a member of SoR staff.
