Services managers are being urged to share examples of clinical excellence and innovative solutions as part of a scheme to promote the allied health professions.
The information will be used by the Allied Health Professions Federation (AHPF) to demonstrate the unique contribution of AHPs within the wider healthcare setting.
Richard Evans, the SoR’s CEO, commented: “It is vital that members take this opportunity to share good practice so that the impact of the profession can be evidenced in terms of efficiency, better patient experience, savings generated and so on.”
As well as being used to promote the value of AHPs centrally, examples will be shared with the professions’ representative bodies.
Richard added: “The SoR will benefit enormously from this project by gaining further insight into what is being done well by radiographers across the country.”
