If you are entering or thinking of entering a leadership position or want to improve your existing skills this new SoR course will give you a range of leadership development tools.
Developing Excellence in Clinical Leadership is a three day course including workshops on understanding clinical leadership, leadership style, creating direction, leading others, and managing change.
Between the second and third day of the programme each participant will have a one-to-one telephone coaching session to develop individual learning taken from the first two days.
