There's still time to submit your nomination for the Gold Medal awards, held this year to celebrate the Society's 90th anniversay.
The Gold Medal is the highest honour bestowed by the SCoR and is awarded to those who have made an exceptional contribution to radiography.
Since it was first presented in 1970, no more than 19 imaging professionals have received the award – 10 in 1970 and nine in 1995.
There is no prerequisite to be a member and nominees can be from outside the profession. The nomination may be based on current and/or past work.
The nomination form can be downloaded here. Forms must be submitted by 9 April 2010.
