The Society is conducting its second membership survey to find out what radiographers think about the organisation and its range of services.
Chief executive officer, Richard Evans said that the SoR is particularly interested in hearing from leaders and managers.
"We are aware that the organisation is possibly perceived as not having this section of the membership’s best interests at heart," he commented.
“This is an ideal opportunity for you to let us know whether you are satisfied with the services we provide."
The results of the first survey, which was conducted at the end of 2007, helped guide the SoR in its planning for the future and led to a comprehensive review of services.
This year’s survey goes further – results will be used to shape strategy and enhance benefits and resources. It will also help the SoR to review the success of the changes that have been implemented as a result of the first survey.
“Please encourage all members in your department to give their feedback,” added Richard. “The higher the response rate, the more reliable the results will be.”
