Expressions of interest are invited from practising members of the MR workforce to join the Society’s Magnetic Resonance Advisory Group.
Those wishing to apply must be:
• In good standing with the SoR (as evidenced by a strong membership record);
• Be respected and held in high esteem by their peers;
• Excellent collaborators and active team members;
• Able and willing to devote time and energy to the group, including spending a minimum of two days per year attending meetings in London;
• Energetic and enthusiastic in relation to the modality.
The group’s function is to provide advice and support to the SoR’s UK Council and to the Board of Trustees of the CoR.
Additionally, the group will be expected to contribute to consultations and responses to publications, developments and legislation which may affect magnetic resonance in regard to medical imaging and diagnosis/treatment, including safety and good practice. It will also contribute to SoR publications related to the MR.
For further information and terms of reference of the group contact Valerie Asemah.
