The Technical Radiotherapy part of the joint DH/SCoR e-Learning project is now under way.
In order to progress the project, the Society would like to hear from therapeutic radiographers with expertise in the technical aspects of radiotherapy who would be interested in becoming module editors or content authors.
"The materials that are being developed will be relevant to all therapeutic radiographers, so it is vital that some of them are involved at this early stage", explained Audrey Paterson, director of professional policy at the SCoR.
"The work should be interesting and provide excellent personal and professional development, with limited need to be away from the workplace – this is our experience to date with our other DH e-learning project 'Image Interpretation', and we don’t anticipate this being different."
