Who is your SoR student of the year?
The SoR's award to recognise outstanding achievement by radiography students returns for the second year.
The award honors a final year undergraduate members who represent the best of the profession’s values.
One award each will be made to a diagnostic and theraputic student.
"This is a tremendous opportunity for a student to be rewarded for their outstanding achievement during their radiography training," said SoR student officer Samantha Jewell.
"We hope that it will attract a significant amount of nominees from managers and tutors who are proud of the students they work with."
The presentation will take place alongside the nationally recognised SoR Radiographer of the Year 2008 and Team of the Year awards.
Students are nominated by their HEI, with an additional reference from their clinical placement.
Nomination forms and details will be in the post to HEIs soon, with the final date for entries the 4 September 2009.
