Synergy is planning to introduce a regular management section in the magazine, but we need to know what you would like to read about. Would you like to see articles on service delivery, staffing, recruitment, interviewing technique, providing CPD, wider NHS issues, motivation and leadership… please tell us what would be of interest and help Synergy help you.
We are also looking for writers for Synergy, not only for this section, but for case studies, reporting articles, or those on tried and tested techniques that work in your department. If you, or any of your staff, are interested, please get in touch – you could even make writing an article a departmental CPD exercise!
