In February a small multidisciplinary team is returning to Sri Lanka as part of the continuing Sri Lankan Cleft Lip and Palate Project.
The team will examine over 200 patients who were operated upon in 1985, 86 and 90. This follow up is designed to examine the long term outcome of treatment on patients who are now over 18 years old.
The two original Mosby cephalostats used by the team have both lost their nasal positioning attachments.
If you have one of these or a whole cephalostat you are willing to donate then please email the project lead, Dr Michael Mars.
