How can AHPs and HCSs influence the clinical content of the future electronic record?
The Health Professions and Practitioners Engagement Event from NHS Connecting for Health invites you to share your views on this subject and inflluence policy.
Event organiser, Yvonne Pettigrew, said:"I've organised this CFH Engagement Event in response to clinicians requests to know more about our work on patient records.
"There will be a big focus around developing clinical content and the opportunity to understand what's happening and what's possible. This is your chance to influence the strategy that can deliver better safer care to our patients through
systems that are fit for purpose."
The programme aims to:
• Raise the level of awareness and engagement in the clinical functionality of the national IT programme by Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Scientists.
• Enable a better understanding of the CFH work in progress and the immediate and growing need for clinical influence and input.
• Agree a framework for clinical content development and content assurance through which health professions and practitioners can support the programme.
