disAbility Network Enabling Guide
A guide has been produced to support members with disabilities in the workplace. There are many radiographers working in the NHS and the private sector with varying types and ranges of disability. Any member who thinks that they have suffered discrimination at work for a reason relating to a disability should contact their regional officer (see the useful contacts section of the guide). The document covers key legislation and how the legislation can be enforced. In addition, it addresses how local practices, policies and procedures can be improved through negotiation.
