‘How to’ achieve cancer waiting times
 The Cancer Services Collaborative has launched a ‘how to’ guide for achieving cancer waiting times. The guide seeks to provide organisational leaders with the tools required to assess their overall position and to identify key priorities for service improvement.
It also aims to support local teams in accelerating the pace of change to improve cancer waiting times performance by implementing best practice, both in terms of data collection and service improvement, and to ensure the ‘right’ changes are put in place.
