AfC matching results for managers and leaders
As radiographers are receiving their matching results, the feedback suggests that the quality and consistency of matching is ‘patchy’. There are a growing number of appeals being lodged by individuals or groups unhappy with the results.
One particular reported problem is that leadership and management responsibilities are not being adequately recognised at matching. All TopTalk subscribers are encouraged to submit their matching and (eventual) assimilation results to the SoR on line survey. Click here to take part.
This will help us keep up to date with the matching process and, crucially, allow us to monitor the performance of AfC in delivering better pay for all radiographers.
