Me and my personal development review
Me and My PDR is a new workbook that has been designed to help staff prepare for their Personal Development Review (PDR). Written by Jane Challinor and Rob Wood from the NHSU East Midlands Regional team, drawing on the Knowledge and Skills Framework and the NHS Development Review Process, the workbook has been designed so that employees can use it:
