KSF questions answered
 The Welsh Pay Modernisation Team, a group funded by the Welsh Assembly, have produced a comprehensive guide to the Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF). The document includes a list of commonly asked questions under a variety of subheadings, including pay and pay progression, KSF post outlines, personal development planning and KSF and wider HR issues.
