Is 18-weeks giving you a headache?

Big Ben Clock tower in LondonIf you are struggling to cope with the demands of the 18-week target, then help is at hand with the Department of Health (England) Imaging Workshop.

Hosted by Dr Erika Denton, national clinical lead for imaging, the workshop will develop and share best practice and action plans to meet the challenge of 18 weeks. Delegates will explore what already works in imaging, what does not work and what still needs to be done.

Society CEO Richard Evans said, “The course is particularly relevant for managers who have hit problems getting support to improve services or persuading commissioners to work with them. Places are filling up fast, so get your application in now!”

The workshop will run on 25 June 2007. There is a choice of venues, including the three radiology academies, Leeds, Norwich and Plymouth and a London venue (to be confirmed).
