Kodak now operating as Carestream Health
 The sale of the Kodak Health Group has been completed and the business is now trading under the name Carestream Health, a subsidiary of Onex Healthcare Holdings.
Managing director, UK and Ireland, Charles McCaffrey is expecting a seamless handover. “Carestream Health UK Limited is licensed to sell the same Kodak branded products and services so there will be no change to the appearance or the physical properties of your x-ray film and chemistry,” he said.
“Our engineers are all now employed by Carestream Health UK Limited and they can be called out by using exactly the same telephone numbers as you have used before. All existing service level agreements and terms and conditions will remain as before and all service contracts will be managed in the usual way.”
The postal address remains the same and the company will operate out of the same building in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
