Advances in PET, ultrasound and MR of the brain will be among the highlights of the programme for the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine's annual scientific meeting.

The theme for the event is innovation in healthcare and there will be sessions on digital imaging, diagnostic radiology and radiation protection.

Poster and presentation contributions are invited. There are also a number of prizes available for submitted papers in various categories. The deadline for submissions is 13 April 2007.

A full programme will be available in mid June.
