A newsletter, aimed at radiographers that have left the profession, includes an introduction to the Knowledge and Skills Framework, HPC and CPD information, and personal profiles of returners that have successfully made the transition back into the workplace.

'Return to Practice' is intended to help the SoR stay in touch with former radiographers, with a view to maintaining contact and facilitating return as and when appropriate.

"The idea came from a research project into why AHPs stay in, leave or return to the NHS," explained Christina Freeman, SoR professional officer. "One of the recommendations was to keep in touch with those who leave the NHS."
