Release your talent and gain practical leadership skills to use in your workplace with the Radiography Leadership for Managers course.
Sessions include:
• Exploring the leadership challenges faced in the near future;
• Identify the roles of effective leaders and managers;
• Developing your personal impact as a manager;
• Learning coaching skills to deal with others more effectively;
• How to build responsibly in others through better influencing.
Book before 23 March for the subsidised early bird rate of £650 for three days. Cost £750 thereafter for SoR members.
