Calling all service managers!
 Service managers are invited to join a new Healthcare Professions Forum.
The forum will support the policy development and implementation of modernising healthcare profession workforce changes by ensuring there is an NHS management contribution and service perspective in the range of current discussions and initiatives.
It will also be a way of keeping employers informed on the impact of these changes on workforce development and patient needs.
The forum will meet up to three times a year and, to ensure continual productivity, members will be expected to become virtually involved and comment where necessary.
The first meeting will be on 30 January 2007 at NHS Employers, 2 Brewery Wharf, Leeds at 10.30am.
