How would you respond to the Supplemental PRB survey?

Man pointing at himselfAs well as the Society’s evidence to the Pay Review Body, many other organisations feed into the process including, of course, NHS Employers.

“Not surprisingly, their survey of senior managers came up with different conclusions than ours,” says Warren Town, the SoR’s director of industrial relations.

“It would be very helpful if managers in England could complete a questionnaire - it will only take a couple of minutes - that is based on the survey used by NHS Employers to gather evidence.

“The responses of radiology managers will provide us with additional evidence to counteract the NHS Employers’ case during the oral evidence session in December and achieve the best pay deal possible for members.”

Evidence for the oral sessions needs to be gathered by the Society by 12 November, so please complete the survey today. Evidence can be collected only from department managers in England because the Pay Review Body does not set pay and conditions of employment for the remainder of the UK.
