IR(ME)R inspectorate changes for England
 The IR(ME)R inspectorate for England will be the responsibility of the Health Care Commission from 1 November. The change coincides with the introduction of the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure)(Amendment) Regulations 2006, which amend the 2000 Regulations.
Inspection arrangements for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland remain unchanged.
