Clinical systems improvement

A Scottish educational programme aims to develop leaders in clinical systems improvement.

The one and two day courses will help attendees:

• Develop knowledge and skills in systems thinking and using improvement tools and techniques;
• Deliver improvements in access and reducing waiting times;
• Lead service development that contributes to ‘Delivery for Health’;
• Working effectively with others in the multidisciplinary multi-agency team in delivering patient centred improvements;
• Understand how to effect organisational change;
• Develop skills for continuous service improvement.

The free sessions will take place at the Dunblane Hydro on 2 and 3 October, 5 and 6 December and 7 March. Applications must be received by 4 September.
