AfC NHS Trust/Health Board Status Survey

The Society of Radiographers is reviewing the extent of AfC implementation in radiography departments, UK wide. As part of this we are asking local representatives and managers to work in partnership to complete a survey to let us know what stage the implementation is at locally.

The information gathered will be used to inform our submission to the Pay Review Body as well as our evidence to the Health Select Committee's enquiry into Work Force Planning.
