Safety first

The Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has produced a new educational programme for healthcare professionals to help them to learn more about the safe use and management of medical devices.

The training is modular and covers different hospital and primary care settings. It explains the general principles of using medical devices safely such as questions users should ask before use and how to report adverse incidents.
