Digital mammography workshop
 The 8th International Workshop on Digital Mammography will be held in Manchester, from 18 - 21 June. The most recent event attracted 220 delegates from 17 countries.
The meeting is multidisciplinary, with contributions from physicists, computer scientists, clinicians and engineers, and a significant presence from commercial R&D.
Papers will be refereed on their originality, presentation, empirical results, and quality of evaluation. All papers will be blind-refereed, normally independently by two members of the international programme committee.
The proceedings will be published and made available to delegates at the conference. In addition to the contributed papers, IWDM 2006 will include presentations by invited speakers (to be announced), and a technical exhibition.
